Candidate Requirements
USCF or FIDE rating of 1800+ (National Master preferred)
Minimum 1 year of coaching or mentoring experience
Strong command of English (spoken and written)
Reliable internet and webcam setup for online lessons
Familiarity with chess platforms (chess.com, lichess, ChessBase)
Patience, professionalism, and a student-first mentality
