Training Packages
Pay for a quantity of coaching up front and draw it down as you go, across a validity window you choose. No automatic renewal — unused hours are refundable pro-rata.
Seven sizes
Every package states its paid hours and its bonus sessions as two separate figures. Bonus sessions are additional sessions of coaching — they are not extra paid hours, and they do not extend the package.

The largest block available, for a player whose training is a serious part of their week.
A package of 30 paid hours with 3 bonus sessions gives you 30 hours of coaching plus 3 additional sessions. It is not 33 paid hours. Bonus sessions are additional, and they do not extend the package window.
Package durations
Hour-based packages expire. The window is set per duration, and the exact day count is stated when the package is agreed — so there is never a question about when the hours run out.
Valid for 31 days.
Trying a package, or a student whose availability changes month to month.
Valid for 93 days.
A school term, or a first serious block of work.
Valid for 186 days.
A full season, or a player working towards a set event.
Larger packages are usually taken over a longer window. If the duration you need is not listed, ask — it is agreed case by case.
Package policy

Unused hours are valid for the duration of the package window you chose.
If you run short of time, ask before the window closes — extensions are agreed case by case rather than refused automatically.
Sessions missed with proper notice convert into bonus sessions, usable once within 30 days of the original date.
Sessions already taught are not refunded, because that time was genuinely spent teaching.
Hours paid for in advance and not yet used are refunded pro-rata at the rate paid.
Recorded sessions are not currently part of the standard packages. If recording would help your child's situation, ask and we will discuss what is possible.
Not sure which?
Both are hour-based, and they suit genuinely different situations. Neither is better. The difference is the reason for the hours.
